MY STORY

My story began within the four walls of my clinic, where I repeatedly encountered clients facing the same problems.

They were always tired.
They felt uncomfortable in their bodies.
They lacked energy.
Their digestion was off.
Something just didn’t feel quite right.

Surely, it was possible to feel healthier than this?

But when it came to improving their health and weight, they felt stuck—caught between two extremes: body acceptance without change or drastic diets and fads that never lasted.

They needed accountability.
They needed support.
They needed practical, realistic advice.

Most of all, they needed someone who truly understood how they felt and wouldn’t judge them.

Driven by a desire to help people break free from this cycle and realise they can have their cake and eat it too, I knew I had to be the healthcare professional who could finally guide them toward their goals. What was needed was clear—a holistic approach to weight loss.

From the start, my vision has been simple: to empower people to live their healthiest and happiest lives through the transformative power of food.

Fast forward to today, with hundreds of healthy, confident, and thriving clients later, I’m proud to say I’m doing just that.

My Food Philosophy

Rather than scaring people into a restrictive way of eating, my food philosophy is to help people discover and celebrate nutritious, delicious and health-promoting food. Food that is accessible, easy to make, flavoursome and follows the nutritional principles of eating a balance of macro and micronutrients from whole foods.

Food is nourishment and the single most important predictor of our health, but food is also connection, tradition and pleasure. Eating for health includes honouring the many roles food plays in our lives and appreciating all facets of this spectrum.
